Return & Refund Policy: Metal Art Cafe
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Metal Art Cafe. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us for an exchange, replacement, or credit card.
1. Returns within 30 Days
You can return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Our goal is to make your online shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable.
To return an unwanted non-defective product, it must meet the following criteria:
– Returned within 60 days of purchase
– A standard, non-customised product
– Undamaged and unused
– In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, and it has been cleared by our After Sales Service team, we will credit your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, is returned damaged, or is not in a saleable condition.
2. Returning Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product covered by the Metal Art Cafe Product Warranty, you should:

– Email us at sales@metalartcafe.com with a full description (and pictures if available) of the issue and proof of purchase
Often, user error is the cause of a product not functioning correctly, and a quick phone call can resolve the problem.
If we confirm that the product is faulty and covered by our warranty:
– Return the entire product to us with proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
– We will evaluate the product upon receipt.
– If the product is faulty, we will repair or replace it and send it back to you at our expense. If we do not have the product in stock, we will credit or refund you at our discretion.
– If the product is found to be in good working order, we will return it to you at your expense.
3. Metal Art Cafe Product Warranty
Our products all come with different 12 month warranty periods.
Please refer to the specific product for its warranty period.
Limited Warranty:
We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period from the purchase date, and only to the original retail buyer. If you discover a defect, return the product to the place of purchase. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will credit or refund you. This warranty is the extent of our liability, and all liability terminates upon expiration of the warranty period. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
**Warranty Exclusions:**
This warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Unauthorised modifications or alterations
– Improper use or maintenance
– Accidents, misuse, or negligence (e.g., dropping, scratching, or bending the product)
– Use of the product for purposes other than designed
Except as expressly stated, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages resulting from the use of our product. This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Charges and Refunds Policy
If you return a defective product but fail to return all accessories and parts sold with it, we may refuse the return, only replace the item that you did return, or estimate the value of the missing parts and credit or refund you accordingly.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used. For example, credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card, and EFT or cash payments will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
